When you purchase a license to our software, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use that software in line with the license you bought. We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the software.

Our software is sold through a third-party checkout provider that acts as the Merchant of Record. That provider processes your payment, issues your receipt, and handles applicable taxes. Their terms also apply to your purchase.

Prices are shown at checkout. We do not collect or store payment card details on our website.

Software purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, and implementation services are refunded per the scope agreed in writing. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Install, activation, and how-to help for our software are provided free of charge. Support is delivered by email and remote guidance during our stated hours, on a reasonable-efforts basis.

Implementation services are delivered remotely under a scope agreed in writing before work begins. Remote work only happens with your consent and your oversight.

Your use of our Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Our Services may rely on or link to third parties, such as our checkout provider and remote-session tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and their terms govern your use of them.
