Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not allowed when using our software and services. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Our software is intended for legitimate business and personal printing and document tasks.
You agree not to
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or company.
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute our software except as expressly permitted.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with our software beyond what the law allows.
- Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of others.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person, company, or brand.
Remote sessions
During any remote implementation session, you remain in control. We will only access what is needed for the agreed scope, with your consent and oversight, and we never ask for banking passwords or financial logins.
Consequences of misuse
If you breach this policy, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services and, where a refund would otherwise apply, decline it. Serious or unlawful misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
